All my interactions with Mr CHILDS during my course of treatment have been very positive. He has been extremely professional throughout, from my initial diagnosis, to in hospital treatment and follow up care. He provided an objective and detailed prognosis of my treatment outlining the options and their likely outcomes. Has a good "bed side" manner and remained courteous, amenable and reassuring throughout. Hold Mr CHILDS in high esteem and trust. The kind of surgeon you want to entrust your wellbeing to. Mr Child’s is an absolute credit to the NHS and he displays the core values that any doctor should adhere to demonstrate in abundance. From my initial assessment in A&E to my discharge I have been treated as an individual and felt a personal service. In a time when we have asked so much of our NHS and it’s staff, mr child’s and his team have shown determination and selflessness time and time again. Mr child’s was open and honest with me from the beginning about my options and what I could expect from my experience.
